-Coordinate the daily work of servers, assign daily tasks and responsibilities and manage the department in the absence of the manager.
-Understand and accurately follow the standard of sequence of service.
-Perform service procedures as per standard and provide an efficient and excellent service to each guest.
-Organize, contribute and take pro-active role in the overall cleanliness of the restaurant.
-Ensure that there is a safe working environment for all employees within the restaurant.
-Take ownership of any guest complain or urgent situation in the absence of the manager.
-Relay all guest comments and complaints to the Assistant Managers and Restaurant Manager.
-Control that tables are set-up according to the bookings from the reservation book.
-Control that enough clean equipment is prepared in a tidy sideboard.
-Attend and participate at all scheduled meetings.
-Attend all scheduled trainings.
-Promptly report and handle employee and guest incidents to managers.
-Respond properly to any hotel emergency ensure guest and staff safety.
-Able to work different shifts
